Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass quality inspection.
